Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: MOQ is 1pc for stock standard products. Generally, MOQ is 1,000pcs if you have some specific requests and customized logo with the order you will place.

Q: How does your company control the quality before shipment?
A: For all raw materials, our IQC staff conducts random check. The aging test lasts 4 hours for the finished products before delivery. QA is the last quality control process. Once we find out substandard products, the goods will be reworked until make sure all the goods are good. This is the key point how we control the quality.

Q: What's warranty of your product?
A: We offer our customer the warranty of 1 year after delivery. If there is any problem caused by us, we can send replacements or refund to our customers.

Q: How do we pay?
A: We accept the payment of T/T, L/C, Paypal and Western Union.

 

Q: Can you put our customized logo on your product? And can you do the customized box for us?
A: Definitely, laser print and silkscreen print are available. For customized box, please send us the file with AI format.

Q: How long will it take to deliver?
A: The lead time for mass production around 15-30 days depend on order requirements. The delivery time by DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT would be around 5-7 days. For sea shipment, the delivery time is around 30 days.

Q: How do you handle the defective products if there is any problem we find out?
A: We will provide online live technical support to solve problem. If there is any hardware problem, we can send you the parts or components with teaching video.
