Poland 7, Edgewood 6 – Poland was able to edge out Edgewood 7-6 Wednesday night. Jacob Hayes came on in relief and picked up the win, tossing 2.2 innings, allowing four hits and striking out three. Hayes and Chris Denney doubled, while Bryce Barringer drove in two runs.

LaBrae 2, Newton Falls 1 – LaBrae was able to get the job done in walk-off fashion against Newton Falls in a 2-1 win. Dylan Simpson earned the win, fanning 12 and allowing three hits in a complete game. Nate Goldner slapped two hits for Newton Falls in the loss.

Garfield 4, Cardinal Mooney 2 – Garfield got the better of Cardinal Mooney Wednesday night, picking up a 4-2 win. Eric Geddes struck out nine and allowed seven hits in a complete game on the mound. Aiden Hill tallied two hits, while Ian Hunt doubled. For Mooney, Gabe Saunders and Jeffrey Brenner each had a pair of hits.

West Branch 5, Salem 1 – Beau Alazaus tossed a complete game in a 5-1 West Branch routing of Salem. Alazaus struck out nine batters and allowed four hits on the mound. For Salem, Colin Riesen doubled and singled.

Ursuline 1, Geneva 0 – Only one run is needed to win, and that's exactly what Ursuline did in a 1-0 win over Geneva. Andrew Kirila is credited with the win, throwing a complete game, three-hit shutout. Dylan Casey and Marc Manning each had two hits in the win.

Lakeview 5, Cardinal 2 – Lakeview was able to knock off Cardinal 5-2 Wednesday night. Andrew Brown got the win on the mound, tossing three and one third innings while allowing four hits and striking out one. Andrew McRoberts and Gino Lazzari each doubled for the victors.

South Range 24, East Palestine 0 – Offense was never in doubt Wednesday as South Range slaughtered East Palestine 24-0. Six Raiders had two or more hits with Tarajack collecting a game-high four. Shumate drove in five runs, with two others tallying two or more RBIs. Five Raiders also doubled in the onslaught. Skripac earned the win, striking out nine batters through three innings.

Champion 7, Jackson-Milton 5 – In a hard-fought win, Champion was able to get past Jackson-Milton 7-5. Hunter Haines is credited with the win, striking out seven in five innings of work. Joey Fell, Tyler Skaggs and Brett Channell each had two hits, with Fell doubling and Channell tripling. For Jackson-Milton, Dom Krol slapped three hits and Billy Sloan had two, as well as driving in four runs.

Hubbard 3, Struthers 2 – In walk-off fashion, Hubbard bested Struthers 3-2 in eight innings. Gabe Rusnak got the win in relief, striking out four through 1.2 innings pitched. Andrew Kali, Ben Wilcox and Rusnak each had two hits, with Wilcox driving in two runs. For Struthers, Chance Laczko doubled and singled.
